We watch the whole lead path

FormHeartbeat learns each form's normal rhythm and checks that leads reach every stop you care about: the inbox, the CRM row, the automation. Not just that the form says "thank you".

You hear about it before your client does

If a form goes quiet for longer than usual, or a lead reaches the inbox but never lands in the CRM, you get an alert by email or Telegram, plus a monthly lead-health report you can forward to clients.

Questions

Is this live?: Not yet. FormHeartbeat is in early access: we're talking to freelancers, agencies and site owners and setting up the first few by hand before building the full product. Joining the list is free and commits you to nothing.
Will it send fake leads into my CRM?: No. At launch FormHeartbeat only watches real submissions. Optional scheduled test submissions come later, only on forms you own, and they're clearly tagged so you can filter them out.
What does the founding price include?: $9 a month for up to 10 forms, locked in for founding members. No contract, cancel anytime. Nothing is charged until it's working for you, and we'll sort out payment with you personally at that point.
How is this different from uptime monitoring?: Uptime tools check that your page loads. A form can load fine, show "thanks!" and still drop every lead because of a broken SMTP setting, a plugin update or an expired API key. FormHeartbeat watches the leads, not the page.
